Local chefs in San Luis Obispo came together Monday night to support one of their own. The group held a fundraiser for a fellow chef’s infant daughter, who is battling cancer.
Several chefs cooked a multi-course dinner at Hotel SLO to raise money for the family of local chef Kean McCabe. McCabe’s daughter is currently receiving treatment for neuroblastoma at a children’s hospital in Stanford.
The sold-out event also featured a silent auction and live music to support the McCabe family.
