Community members came together to celebrate America’s 250th birthday at Oceano Plaza. The Oceano Train Depot held a celebration on Saturday, also honoring the 50th anniversary of Oceano’s Bicentennial Park.
The event had music, a car show, kids’ games, and a special performance by the Ukeladies of Morro Bay.
It also featured a flag-raising ceremony and an unveiling of a time capsule plaque.
