Caltrans officials are advising drivers in San Luis Obispo County to plan for extra commute time during the week. Crews are set to pave State Route 227 between Buckley Road and Maxwellton Street.
Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane Monday and Tuesday. Northbound traffic will see the same closures on Thursday and Friday.
Work is expected to happen each day from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Flaggers will direct cars through the work zone, and drivers can expect delays of up to 15 minutes.
