A powerful multimedia exhibit was open to the public on Sunday in Lompoc, shining a light on the untold stories of several local African American veterans.
Hosted at the Lompoc Veterans Memorial Building, the exhibit featured photographs, documents, and personal artifacts highlighting the veterans’ experiences. On Saturday night, a panel of community speakers shared their stories, followed by a dinner event.
